Products Ineligible for Exchanges/Refunds
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Change of mind
- Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date
- Opened, damaged, or used items
- Final Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased on sites other than kskinlabj.com
- Items mailed without prior notice to our customer service team
Please note that the actual colors may slightly differ from the photos depending on your device and individual skin tones. You are always welcome to visit our stores to test products of interest and make informed shopping decisions.

How to Initiate a Return:
How to Return Online Orders by Mail (Return Shipping Fee Applies):
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error. To begin the return process, please reach out to admin@palacebeauty.com. Once you receive your return label, follow the instructions below.
1. Print the order confirmation email. Put the printout inside the package.
2. Pack your return items in the original product packaging. Please be sure that the package is packed and taped securely.
3. Peel off the pre-paid shipping label and attach it to the parcel over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of loss during delivery to our warehouse.
4. Drop off your package at a UPS drop-off location. Contact UPS to find your nearest drop-off location. UPS: 1.800.PICK-UPS/1.800.742.5877 or at www.ups.com
You can also leave the package at your place of employment if you have a UPS pick-up there. If a pick-up is scheduled with UPS customer service, the customer must pay the pick-up cost.
5. Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. We ask that items are returned clean, unopened, unused, and with its original packaging. All final sale items cannot be returned. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
